On the 14th of November the Delta cuisine had an appointment at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona. For the second consecutive year, the gastronomy of Ebre has been the protagonist of the dinner that took place after the Ondas Awards.
Chef Fran Lopez, two Michelin stars -to the Villa Retiro Restaurant, Xerta, and the Xerta Restaurant, Barcelona– and its entire team have been in charge of moving the center of Barcelona all the essence of the Delta from a wide selection of dishes and tapas.
In the last edition, of the year 2018, Villa Retiro Grup already had a key role in the gala dinner and a great variety of products from Terres de l’Ebre were the protagonists. From the oysters of the Bahía de los Alfaques to the rice of the Delta del Ebro, without forgetting the artisan cheese Queso Perfecto from Camarles and many others.
This was the starting point of the race in the world of events, with Xerta Catering, one of the many branches of the group dedicated exclusively to catering and banqueting services.
