Por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xertacatering.com\/es\/catering-premios-ondas-2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">segundo a\u00f1o<\/a> consecutivo, la gastronom\u00eda ebrense ha sido la protagonista de la cena que se celebr\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de la entrega de los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.premiosondas.com\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Premios Ondas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El chef Fran L\u00f3pez, <strong>dos estrellas Michel\u00edn -al Restaurante Villa Retiro, Xerta, y el Xerta Restaurant, Barcelona<\/strong>&#8211; y todo su equipo han sido los encargados de trasladar el centro de Barcelona toda la esencia del Delta a partir de una amplia selecci\u00f3n de platillos y tapas.<\/p>\n<p>En la edici\u00f3n pasada, del a\u00f1o 2018, Villa Retiro Grup ya tuvo un papel clave en la cena de gala y una gran variedad de productos ebrenses fueron los protagonistas. Desde las <strong>ostras de la Bah\u00eda de los Alfaques<\/strong> hasta el <strong>arroz del Delta del Ebro<\/strong>, sin dejar de lado el queso artesano de Queso Perfecto de Camarles y muchos otros.
